Tuna Spaghetti

Tuna pasta is a life saver for a quick lunch, when you don’t have a lot of time on your hands but you still want a healthy, balanced and tasty meal!

Ingredients
For 4 people
Spaghetti 360g
Tomato passata 200gr
Tuna 3 tin cans
Shallot 1
Extra virgin olive oil 2 spoons
Rock salt A handful
Basil A few chopped leaves
Method
1. Boil a pan of water and add rock salt to it.
2. At the same time, put olive oil in another pan and add the shallot chopped in 2 halves.
3. After a couple minutes, crumble the tuna in the pan with olive oil (make sure you have drained any oil of the tin can). Put the basta in the other pan to cook.
4. Add the tomato passata to the tuna and remove the shallot pieces. Cook the tuna until the pasta is ready. Keep stirring and add the basil leaves towards the end
5. Drain the pasta directly in the tuna pan. Add some basil on top for decoration to serve.
