Looking for a quick and tasty dinner? How about some pork rolls? They are a light but yummy dinner option and can be accompanied by any side – peas, carrots, potatoes… Ready for you kitchen to smell amazing?

Ingredients
For 8 rolls
Pork loin (or any thin cut pork meat) 8 slices
Ham 4 slices
Cheese slices (e.g. Emmental) 4 slices
Garlic 1 clove
Rosemary 1 sprig
White wine (or water) Half glass
Extra virgin olive oil 4 spoons
Salt A sprinkle
Method
1. Place the slices on a surface ready to roll. If they are not thin enough, cover them with baking paper and beat the meat a bit to flatten it.
2. Split a ham slice in half and a cheese slice in half and place them on the pork slice. Roll them up and close them with a toothpick. Do the same with the other 7 slices and put them on the side.
3. Take a pan, add the oil, cut the garlic in 4 pieces and add them in the pan too. Then add the rosemary leaves of a sprig.
4. When the oil starts to lightly fry, add the rolls and cook them on each side for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the wine (or water) and cover the pan with the lid. Let the rolls cook for 5 minutes, then open and turn the rolls and add a bit of salt. Close the lid again and let them cook another 5 minutes.
Your rolls are ready to serve!
