Potatoes and cheese salty cake

Here’s another tasty recipe with one of my favourite Italian hams – Speck! Quite nice and simple for a lovely time at dinner with your housemates…

Ingredients:
Puff pastry roll 1
Potatoes 2
Speck 80g
Emmental cheese (or similar) 100g
Extra virgin olive oil 2 spoons
Salt A sprinkle
Method
1. Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes. Then slice the speck into smaller pieces.
2. In a pan, put the olive oil and add the potatoes.
3. After about 10 minutes, add the speck too and add a bit of salt. Let everything cook for about 10/15 minutes, until the potatoes are almost cooked.
4. In the meantime, chop the cheese in small cubes.
5. Open the pastry roll in a tray/oven pan and pour the potatoes and speck. Add the cheese cubes on top.
6. Put the quiche in the preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes become quite crispy.
